None of the above. As she died in 1912 she could not have been involved in 1 or 3. Anyway she was an active force in creating the nursing corp for the Union Army during the American Civil War. After the war she formed the American Red Cross.

The answer is 2. Clara Barton wanted the Geneva convention to be signed by the US because she was anxious to set up a branchof the Red Cross in the USA, and she subsequently became the first President of the REd Cross in the USA.
